The Resource Management Library is designed to give environmental practitioners easy access to an extensive collection of resource management legislation, case summaries, full-text cases and associated information and material. It also includes a practical range of documents designed to assist in the implementation and practice of Alternative Dispute Resolution processes and procedures.

The Resource Management Library complements the Environmental Database; together they provide a comprehensive suite of legislation, case law and associated information for environmental practitioners.

Update Frequency:

This subscription service will be updated to maintain currency in line with legislative changes, case law development, and any other relevant considerations. Typically you will receive 11 updates per year. Update size and frequency may vary depending on the volume of change.
