The Environmental Database is a comprehensive environmental research tool where environmental practitioners can access environmental legislation, case summaries, full-text cases and court admissible scanned original judgments. The Environmental Database complements Brookers Resource Management Library and provides practitioners with a comprehensive suite of legislative and case law information. A specially designed search template takes the trouble out of searching legislation, commentary and cases to find exactly what you need.

Update Frequency:

This subscription service will be updated to maintain currency in line with legislative changes, case law development, and any other relevant considerations. Typically you will receive 11 CD and 11 online updates per year. Update size and frequency may vary depending on the volume of change.
