In response to requests from customers, and in line with our objective to provide a comprehensive Building Law portfolio, we have now added a Building Cases & Determinations database. This includes the option of downloadable original judgment images, providing you with all your information under one roof!

Containing approximately 600 cases and determinations relating to the area of building law, this research tool would be ideal for those needing information in relation to decisions made under the Building Act 2004 (and its predecessor the Building Act 1991), Building Regulations 1992 (including Building Code), Weathertight Homes Resolution Services Act 2006 (and its predecessor the Weathertight Homes Resolution Services Act 2002), and the Construction Contracts Act 2002.

The judgment images, available only online, include a scanned image of the original judgment and can easily be viewed on screen or downloaded and printed for ease of use.
