YourEnvironment is a one-stop-shop weekly newsletter covering environmental and resource management planning and law in New Zealand. YourEnvironment contains summaries of TheWeek'sCases, TheWeek'sNews and Regional&DistrictPlans information. This information ensures that environmental and resource management practitioners are completely up-to-date with issues in this field.

TheWeek'sCases covers all resource management cases from the following courts in New Zealand: Environment Court, District Court; High Court; Court of Appeal; and Supreme Court. All resource management cases that are issued by the courts are summarised in YourEnvironment. Also included are: a headnote of each decision; keywords; and a synopsis of each decision.
TheWeek'sNews
TheWeek'sNews is sourced from a selection of regional newspapers from all around New Zealand. The topics covered are: development; infrastructure and utility services; Maori issues; environment and heritage protection; central, regional and local authorities; legislation and caselaw; natural resources; and regional and district plans. Summaries of the news articles are presented in paragraph form.
Regional&DistrictPlans
Regional&DistrictPlans provides you with a summary of all changes, modifications and developments relating to regional and district plans in New Zealand. The plan information is sourced through public notices that are advertised in newspapers from all over the country. Notifications and registrations under the Reserves Act and Historic Places Act are also included.
