Brookers Family Law – Family Property replaced Trapski’s Family Law Volume II on Family Protection and Testamentary Promises and Volume VIA on Matrimonial and De Facto property

In light of significant legislative developments over the past 6 years in the Relationship Property area, this latest volume of the Brookers Family Law series draws together in a single volume wide ranging statute and case law.

Until now this has been found under separate titles in different volumes and texts. This work will now cover relationship property, trusts, adult maintenance, succession and wills, family protection, and testamentary promises, and includes extensive related statutes which may need to be consulted.
