What is FindCase?
FindCase is the new revolutionary case law research product which builds on the excellent reputation of BriefCase and ViewCase allowing users to locate and analyse judicial precedent that would otherwise be impossible to find.
FindCase is the next level of online case law research, containing over 40,000 full text searchable judgments from the High Court, Court of Appeal, Privy Council and Supreme Court.

With FindCase, users can analyse how their search terms occur within the context of a judgment. This enables users to establish the precedential value of a case based on the words of the judge, rather than relying solely on a case summary.
FindCase opens up a world of fast, sophisticated online searching across a huge database of full text case law.

I subscribe to Brookers BriefCase/ViewCase - can I purchase FindCase?
FindCase can be purchased by BriefCase and ViewCase subcribers. FindCase gives BriefCase and ViewCase subscribers access to over 40,000 full text searchable decisions. BriefCase provides a searchable index to New Zealand case law, allowing quick location of relevant cases and decisions. ViewCase provides access to original judgement images. The price of a FindCase subscription includes access to both BriefCase and ViewCase.
Pricing
FindCase pricing includes BriefCase and ViewCase. Online Delivery (updated daily) $7,500 annum (plus GST) for 1-5 users. Other pricing applies depending on number of users.
